Yukata
Posted on July 26th, 2008 @ 3:28 pm

Staying in a japanese inn usually gives you a chance to wear a yukata and in fact walk around the inn’s property with it. The yukat a is a casual japanese robe like cotton made material and not like a kimono .. that is made of silk. It is usually used in the summer as a bathrobe or a dressing robe. If you like the yukata from the inn, you can opt to buy it from them too.

Gym & Health Clubs In Japan
Posted on July 26th, 2008 @ 3:27 pm

In Japan it is not cheap to join a health club or a gym, alot of ladies resort to having home gyms instead. But with the apartment so small, they have to really choose the right kind of equipment to suit their needs.  I know one of my japanese girlfriend who bought a too big size equipment.. and it wouldn’t fit her apartment.  Now that was a waste of money.

Cheap Bento Boxes
Posted on July 23rd, 2008 @ 4:29 pm

By far the cheapest bento that i’ve found so far. Only at $4.50 USD .. this one is pretty plain.. but as usual.. not microwaveable..! now that is a real bummer. This double decker bento box with pink polka dots on the clear acrylic top. You can even put your mini chopstick on the top. Does not come with an elastic band.. so don’t forget to get one at $3.50 .. so afterall, it isn’t that cheap eh.
