Medical Care In Japan

I say medical care in Canada ain’t the best.. but Medical care in Japan is just as bad.  I heard recently that a man at 69 yrs of age was turned away by more than 10 hospitals .. because of the lack of emergency staff.. and he died.  Last year an elderly woman, was also turned away by 14 hospitals.. and she too died.. because of non treatment.  Thus prompting outrage by the citizens of Japan and i donch blame them at all.  Can you imagine a  cerebral palsy patient been turned away..?? or a sick child..??   So what is up with Japan.. for turning away patients.
