I had almost forgotten about the Nagoya’s Pokemon Center because there is another one in Tokyo - that looks a lot nicer than this one.  But if you are in the Nagoya’s vicinity - and a Pokemon crazy fan - you can check it out.  If I remembered correctly it’s located in the Oasis.   Do check out the internet/manga cafe while you are there - pretty interesting - hopefully they are still there though.

Snoopy Stamps In Japan

There we go again!  the Japanese have the cutest things !!!  they do come up with just about everything and anything to please the massive population eh.  If there was something cute or innovative you can trust the Japanese to come up with it - be it to rid belly fat or some bento mold or even a different ice cream flavor - they have it in Japan.   Endless of cute and strange stuff to get - if you want gadgets you get it there too - but be warned their electronics may not fit your voltage back home - so make sure you check it out before buying them.  Oh yes! you can get the Snoopy stamps from the local post office in Japan.

Sightseeing Buses Hello Kitty Style

In the land of the rising star is also the land of Hello Kitty and Sanrio Land - so when the girlfriend showed me tour buses with Hello Kitty theme - it didn’t surprised me at all. Car insurance cheap is also one reason why people can afford a car and turn them into Hello Kitty theme too - I’ve seen one myself - and it wasn’t even a Japanese car  - it was a Volkswagen. There are several buses in Japan with Hello Kitty themes now and some even have a Hello Kitty next to the driver seat - cute or corny - it’s up to the ones who likes and dislike them eh.

Japanese Girls Are Trendy

I’ve always been asked by friends here in Canada if the Japanese girls are as cute  and trendy as they see in magazines and tv shows and how they stay so slim - do they have some sort of  natural diet pills for women or are they are just super kawaii.Japanese women are super nice - but they have a wild side too - if you think for a minute that all of them are demure and sweet and you want to bring them home with you - because of that - just remember .. that a lot of Japanese girls are well - traveled and it’s only because they are in Japan - they have to act the way that is expected of them - but when they are outta their country - they certainly are wild and fun.  Of course, having said all that - i’m not saying that Japanese girls are not good nor trendy - they are - but make sure you really know them - even before thinking of bringing them home.

Designer Macaroons In Japan

We all know that everything in Japan is designer - my g/f is right now in Kyoto and she sent these pictures to me about Pierre Hermes sweets.  And here I am doing diet pill reviews while she is enjoying herself .. blah.. !   Pure torture..!! hahhaha!!! but really ..!! these macaroons are heavenly!

We all know that Pierre Herme is a french patissier and these lovely looking miniatures are very delicious.. in fact delicious does not describe it.  In fact, I hear that this boutique was the first here in Japan and not in Paris.  I guess he knows that the Japanese appreciates not only good food but beautiful ones too.  So if you are in Tokyo .. make sure you look out for Pierre Hermes macaroons.

Only For Girls

When i was in Japan.. some nice admin assistant showed me this only only for girls website for just about anything cute.  Whether you need a snack or some sweets .. and cosmietic and just about any kind of music, you can find it online on It’s Demo website.  Shopping online is so addictive, luckily i didn’t get as bad as those who have had the glucomannan side effects .  Many japanese girls cannot live without them.. and visit them on a daily basis.  This online store boast of knowing the ladies very well.. and they captured my heart as well, in fact i bought some cute stuff from them too. See those lovely food trinket.. that one can carry them with your keychain..?? i bought quite a few for souvenirs.

Eyelash Essence

You think you’ve had it all .. the moisturizer, the perfume.. and anything wierd.. you can definitely find in Japan.. but t his new eyelash essence which is supposed to make your eyelash strong.. and thicker.. definitely tops it all and a lot cheaper than buy breeches for my kids.

This is a Japanese product from the cosmetics company Canmake Tokyo. Since I do not read Japanese, I don’t know what’s in this product. However, after searching Google for the ingredients, several sites have listed the main ones as being Panthenol and Lavender. Another Google search reveals that Panthenol is basically a moisturizer, and it’s used in mascaras and other eyelash treatments, along with hair shampoo and conditioner.  At $13 .. it’s not a bad buy!

Solar CellPhone Charger

Trust the japanese to come up with not only useful gadgets but darn cute one .. like this Hello Kitty solar Cellphone charger.  Unlike the 115334 vacuum motor this seems a lot less complicated eh.   This mini solar charger is so light .. it is also eco friendly.  But note that it only gives like 500 charges and then you have to throw it out and get another one.  But it’s darn cute.. and i’ll take this anytime.. then to carry my charger around.  What about you..??

Halloween @ Asakusabashi

Shinjuku is a great place to shop but if you want the really good stuff, I would recommend Asakusabashi - a wholesale area and also known as the handicraft town.   Halloween being round the corner, you can see a lot of Halloween stuff on sale now.

Crazy About Hello Kitty

If you are like the japanese friends that i know.. you would love this handbag by hello kitty.  Super cute.. and at $60 .. but it’s not real leather .. but looks like it.  You don’t have to go to Japan for it now.. there is a shop in LA .. that sells all sorts of Hello Kitty stuff.. and cuties.
